Please review our updated policy as many things have changed this year...

If you are new to Omnia Hair Studio I encourage you book a free consultation so that we can become better acquainted with your hair goals. This can be done over the phone or in person. I prefer new color clients always book a consultation and meet in person. This way we can talk about your color history, your short term and long term goals, and price estimates. I do not offer quotes as prices vary depending on the amount of time and color required for your customized aesthetic requires. 

All haircuts include a shampoo, cut, and blowdry. 

All services that do not include a haircut, do not include a blowdry. Blowdry/Styles are an a la carte service that will need to be booked in addition to any service that does not include a haircut. If you would like to forgo a blowdrying of the hair, then you can still expect that I will prime your hair with professional product and remove excess moisture with a quick blowdry for a few moments. 

If you choose to forgo a blowdry/style after your service, you will forfeit the opportunity to have it redone without charge. 

I offer to redo my services for free for clients who are dissatisfied with their result and:

    Receive a blowdry with their service.

    Contact me immediately or within 4 business days of their service.

    Are able to rebook the needed corrective service within 10 business days of their initial service.  

I pride myself on ensuring your satisfaction with your hair result and being receptive to dissatisfied clients.

 

If you find the color isn't quite right before your next rescheduled visit, then I do offer color redo's that are single processes for half price, as long as the client calls me to express their concerns at least 10 business days out from their initial service or prior to 3 weeks before their next booked service. I don't want you to feel like you have to walk around with a formula that is too light or warm any longer than necessary. Again, if you forgo a blowdry to your color service, then this opportunity will be forfeited.

As a courtesy, please remember to call as soon as you know you will be unable to make your appointment. I will be happy to rebook you.  

Due to the current climate of the pandemic, I am no longer issuing cancelation fees. If a client no-call-no-shows, it is at my discretion to discontinue providing services. In light of 2020, needing to cancel last minute and not stressing about it, is a necessary flexibility I have adapted to. It's okay. If you or any members of your kin, have cold symptoms, fever, or have tested positive and need to quarantine, I will happily reschedule you for 2-3 weeks out. If you need to reschedule for any reason at all, it's okay. I want to encourage my clients to prioritize their safety and needs first.
